Job Description

Lead a Project Coordinator team of four individuals ensuring their productivity and success. Responsibilities include attending regional and stakeholder calls; assembling and running Project Budget Funding packages/meetings; supporting the Wells Fargo leadership team; conducting monthly audit reviews of Construction Managers' projects; and running monthly Project Coordinator team meetings. Additional responsibilities include preparing project management reports and meeting minutes; managing all project documentation including contracts, budgets and schedules, drawings and audit documentation along with maintaining best practices templates on Client SharePoint site; creating Purchase Orders with appropriate bidding documentation for construction managers; working closely with vendors to obtain necessary requirements for project closeout; assist Construction Managers and vendors with reconciling PO's and budgets prior to project close out; and running monthly reports. Team Lead responsibilities include providing support to a team of four JLL Project Coordinators. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for team members, addressing their concerns, resolving conflicts, and facilitating effective communication; liaise between the team and senior management to ensure effective communications; foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork, track team performance by regularly assessing individual and team performance against set goals and objectives.
